我国60岁以上女性眼病患者调查分析

目的:了解老年女性眼病患者发病情况和病因顺位。方法:各地防盲办公室将《眼病登记表》发至县、地市、省级医院和眼科专科医院,由眼科医生出诊时依照患者病历填写。结果:1997年1月1日～1998年12月31日60岁以上女性眼病患者共计74448例,其中白内障患者占64.32%,双盲与单盲两者共23983例,双眼低视力与单眼低视力两者共12469例,视力在各年龄组之间有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:60岁以上女性眼病患者中白内障占第1位,政府应正视老年性白内障高发病率的严重性,及早采取预防措施。

The survey and analysis of female eyes disease patients aged less than 60 years old in China

Objective:To understand the illness situation of old female eyes disease patients and the cause of disease arrangement.Methods:All levels Blind-prevention Offices sent the ophthalmic diseases register forms to the county , the prefectural and provincial hospitals and the specialized ophthalmic hospitals..The oculists filled in the register forms with the situation of their patients.Results:Women patients aged less than 60 years with eyes disease were up to 74 448 from the 1st of January, 1997 to December 31, 1998.The number of cataract in proportion to the total number of patient investigated was 64.32%, the number of patient with double blind eyes or one blind eye was 23 983; the number of patient with two weak-sighted eyes or with one weak-sighted eye was 12 469..There was a significant difference among every age group in eyesight (P<0.001).Conclusion:Cataract is the first cause of women patients aged less than 60 years, the government should face to the severity of the high incidence of disease of cataract of old people, take the precautionary measures as early as possible.
