| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨红细胞生成素对慢性肾功能衰竭（肾衰）病人红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：分别检测慢性肾衰病人和健康人的人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＣＲ）和红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＩＣＲ）。结果：红细胞生成素治疗组慢性肾衰病人ＲＣＲ为９．２％±０．９％，高于非红细胞生成素治疗组２．６％±１．３％，低于健康人组１４．２９６±２．８％；前组肾衰病人ＲＩＣＲ为１１．２％±０．８％，低于后组１５．０％±１．５％，高于健康人组７．６％±１．１％。结论：慢性肾衰病人红细胞免疫功能低下，红细胞生成素治疗不仅增加红细胞数量，而且提高红细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on red cell immune function in patients with chronic kidney failure. METHODS: The red-cell C3b-receptor-circlet rate (RCR) and red-cell immunocompetence circlet rate (RICR) in patients with chronic kidney failure and in healthy people were examined by the assay of red-cell C3b-receptor yeast circlet and red-cell immunocompetence yeast circlet, respectively. RESULTS: RCR was higher in the treated patients (9.2%±0.9%) than that in untreated patients (2.6%±1.5%) and was lower than that in healthy persons(14.2%±2.8%). RICR was lower in treated patients (11.2%±0.8%) than in untreated patients (15.0%±1.5%) and was higher than in healthy persons (7.6%±1.1%). CONCLUSION: Red cell immune function was weak in patients with chronic kidney failure. EPO increased not only red cell number but also its immune function. |
