院内肺部感染病原菌及药敏分析

目的了解医院内肺部感染病原菌的排序及细菌的耐药情况。方法全部病例进行痰液病原菌培养+药敏试验,并经胸片证实为肺炎的病例为入选分析对象。结果在院内肺部感染414例患者中痰培养分离阳性例数275例,分离出40余种病原菌,分离阳性率为66.43%(275/414),病原菌仍以革兰阴性菌为主,革兰阴性菌种占居前十位菌种的90%,以铜绿假单胞菌分离阳性比例最大,占居前十位菌种分离阳性例数的31.35%。按医院常用抗生素作药敏分析,多数革兰阴性菌对头孢他啶、头孢哌酮等相对敏感,而加酶抑制剂抗菌药物如头孢哌酮/舒巴坦使细菌耐药性明显下降。结论医院内肺部感染仍以革兰阴性菌为主,而细菌产生β内酰胺酶仍然是耐药性产生的主要原因。
