摘    要:目的识别分析与评价某汽车发动机制造厂可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防止和控制职业病的发生。方法依据相关法律、法规和规范标准,采用现场职业卫生调查和检测法。结果该汽车发电机公司在运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有矽尘、铝尘、苯酚、甲醛、氨、一氧化碳、天然气、噪声。定点检测18个粉尘作业点,合格作业点18个,合格率100%。对13个噪声作业点进行噪声测定,合格作业点10个,合格率77%。对苯酚、甲醛、氨、一氧化碳、天然气等进行检测,结果均符合相关标准要求。结论该新建汽车发动机公司针对职业病危害因素,采取认真优良的局部吸风、整体送风与整体通风防护工程,达到了理想的防护效果。建议企业制定详细的防护设施维护维修规范,保证防护设施正常运行,可有效地预防与控制职业病的发生。

Abstract:[Objective]To identify,analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazard factors and its damage degree in an automobile engine manufacturer,put forward related protective countermeasure,so as to prevent and control the occupational diseases.[Methods]According to relevant laws,criterions and standards,the field occupational investigation and detection was adopted.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors during the process of operation in the automobile engine company were silica dust,aluminium dust,phenol,formaldehyde,ammonia,carbon monoxide,natural gas and noise.18 of 18 dust monitoring points were qualified with the qualified rate of 100%.Among 13 noise monitoring points,10 were qualified with the qualified rate of 77%.The concentrations of phenol,formaldehyde,ammonia,carbon monoxide and natural gas met the related standards.[Conclusion]According to the occupational hazard factors,the new automobile engine limited company has carried out serious protection project of local suction,entire air supply and ventilation,and the ideal effect has been achieved.It is suggested that company should develop detailed repair specification to ensure the normal operation of protection facility,in order to effectively prevent and control the occupational diseases.
