氢化物发生-原子荧光法中影响空白的因素分析

摘    要:目的:探讨氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定中影响空白的一些主要因素。方法:采用不同厂家、配制不同浓度的盐酸溶液,不同浓度的还原剂,不同的负高压下分别测量空白的荧光强度。结果:盐酸本身的品质对空白的荧光值影响最大。在一定浓度范围内酸度对空白荧光值的影响不大,但随着还原剂、负高压的改变空白的荧光强度有所改变。结论:选择空白本底值低的酸是保证实验数据准确可靠的基础。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss some primary influential factors of blank fluorescence degree in hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods: The blank solution was measured by AFS respectively under different circumstance,such as HCL solution at different concentrations from different manufactures,different concentrations of reductive agent and different negative high voltage.Results: The blank fluorescence degree was affected most by HCl with itself-quality.The effect of HCL solution on blank was modest in regular concentration range,but it began to change as reductive agent and negative high voltage changed.Conclusion:HCL solution with low background value contributed to obtain reliable and accurate data.
