小儿慢性鼻窦炎的阶梯治疗疗效观察

目的 探讨小儿慢性鼻窦炎的诊断及治疗效果.方法 回顾分析该科收治的小儿慢性鼻窦炎患儿173例,主要症状为鼻塞、多脓涕、睡眠打鼾、精神萎糜、头痛、头晕、记忆减退和嗅觉减退等,根据病因进行针对性的阶梯治疗.结果 173例小儿慢性鼻窦炎病因是多方面的,按阶梯性方案治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎总有效率达91.9％,减少了手术率以及手术带来的多种不良并发症,并且提高了治疗效果.结论 阶梯治疗方案是一种积极有效的治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的方案.

Therapeutic effect of escalation therapy for pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis

【Objective】 To investigate the therapeutic effect and diagnosis in the treatment of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis.【Methods】 173 cases of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis were retrospectively analyzed.The presenting symptom were rhinobyon,pus nasal mucus,snore,fatigue,headache,dizzy,hypomnesia,hyposmia,et al.The escalation therapy were given by vary pathological characteristics.【Results】 The escalation therapy for pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis with vary pathological characteristics in 173 cases reached 91.9% total effective rate,highly improved effect and reduced the rate of surgery and adverse complications.【Conclusions】 The escalation therapy is a positive and effective therapeutic regimen in pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis.
