论张仲景瘀血学说

东汉时期张仲景所撰的《伤寒杂病论》紧扣血与津的关系,将瘀血的形成与发展分为瘀血停滞、瘀水互结、瘀热互结、干血四个层次,对其主症、病机要素、治法、方药等分别进行论述,形成了独特的瘀血学说,若能仔细体会,灵活运用,必可对临床辨治瘀血病证有较大的指导作用。

Discussion on ZHANG Zhong-jing's static blood theory

Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,compiled by ZHANG Zhong-jing in Eastern Han Dynasty,focused on the relationship of blood and fluid to classify the static blood into four aspects, stagnation of blood stasis, binding of fluid and stasis, binding of stasis and heat,and dry blood. It also discussed its principal symptoms, elements of disease mechanism, treatment principles, formulas and medicinals, bringing forth the unique theory of static blood. It can be a useful guidance to differentiate and treat static blood disease in clinic by learning with heart and applying with flexibility. This paper is to discuss the above four aspects by combining the original text of Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases.
