高压氧综合治疗妊高征合并胎儿宫内发育迟缓临床疗效观察

目的观察高压氧综合治疗妊高征合并胎儿宫内发育迟缓（IUGR）的临床疗效。方法60例IUGR病例随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组予以常规药物加高压氧治疗，对照组予以常规药物治疗。全部孕妇均定期行超声检查及脐血流波形测定。结果高压氧加常规药物综合治疗后试验组总有效率为96．7％，显著高于对照组的83．3％（P〈0．05）。试验组脐动脉RI值较对照组明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧结合常规药物治疗能显著改善IUGR患者的血液流变学，可获得显著临床疗效。

The clinical observation of the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen binding routine method in the treatment of intrauterine growth retardation

Objective To explore the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen binding routine method in the treatment of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR). Methods 60 cases IUGR fetuses were randomly classified to two groups:treating group and matched group. the treating group treated with HBO and routine method, the matched set with applied routine method only. Results Treat group 30 cases, total efficiency 96.7% ;Matched set 30 cases,total efficiency 83.3%. Two sets of total efficiency have shown the relatively difference. (P ＜0. 05). The values of resistant index(RI) of umbilical arteries in treating group were more signifieantly reducd than those of matched group after treatment. Conclusion HBO binding routine method can obviously improve the hemorheology of IUGR patients and the significant clinical effect can be obtained by means of HBO combined with routine method in the treatment of IUGR.
