腹腔镜和传统开腹手术对胆囊切除的临床效果比较

目的比较腹腔镜和传统开腹手术对胆囊切除的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年11月~2012年4月入院治疗的92例胆囊结石患者为研究对象,对不同治疗方法的相关资料进行了比较分析。结果腹腔镜组在术中出血量、排气时间、下床时间、住院时间等方面优于传统组,且组间比较P均〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。而在手术时间方面两组患者组间比较,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。腹腔镜组的46例患者中发生相关并发症的共计1例,占2.17%,传统组的46例患者中发生相关并发症的共计13例,占28.26%,且组间比较P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用腹腔镜与传统开腹手术方式在进行胆囊切除的过程中,腹腔镜的方法创伤小,并发症少,手术后康复较快,是临床实施胆囊切除的可靠选择。

The comparison of the clinical effect of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery in cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery in cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 92 cases of gallstone patients hospitalized in our hospital from November 2011 to April 2012 were chosen as the research object. The data of different treatment methods was taken for a comparative analysis. Results Laparoscopic was better than the traditional group in intraoperative blood loss, the exhaust time, get out of bed time, hospitalization time, and group between all P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. In operative time between the two groups of patients, P > 0.05, the difference was without statistically significance. There was a total of 1 case with related complications occurred in the 46 patients in the laparoscopic group, accounting for 2.17%. There were a total of 13 cases with related complications occurred in the 46 patients in the traditional group, accounting for 28.26%. Compared between the two groups (P < 0.05), there was statistically significant differences. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery during cholecystectomy, the laparoscopic approach is with less invasive, fewer complications after surgery, faster recovery, and it is a reliable choice for the clinical implementation of cholecystectomy.
