腹腔镜卵巢囊肿穿刺术的综合疗效观察

目的研究腹腔镜卵巢囊肿穿刺术的综合疗效。方法选取2009年6月～2011年8月于本院采用腹腔镜穿刺术进行治疗的43例卵巢囊肿患者为观察组,另选取同期进行开腹手术的43例患者为对照组,然后将两组患者的手术和住院时间、出血量、并发症发生率及术前1d,术后1、3、5d的血清CRP水平进行比较。结果观察组上述各项的临床统计结果均好于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿穿刺术的临床效果好,患者的炎性反应也较小,综合疗效较好。

Observation on the comprehensive effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst puncture

Objective To study the comprehensive effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst puncture.Methods Fourty three patients with ovarian cyst who were treated with laparoscopic puncture in our hospital from June 2009 to August 2011 were selected as observation group,and 43 patients with open surgery were selected as control group,then the time of operation and hospitalization,blood loss,incidence of complications and serum CRP before and after the surgery at first,third and fifth day of two groups were compared.Results The results of these items of observation group were all better than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst puncture is better,and the inflammatory response of patients is smaller,the comprehensive effect is better.
