48例手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效分析

目的探讨治疗脊髓型颈椎病不同手术方法的治疗效果。方法选择本院2003年6月～2010年8月于本院手术治疗的脊髓型颈椎病患者48例,随机分成两组,一组行前路内固定手术治疗,另一组行后入路手术治疗,并观察两种方法的疗效。结果前路内固定手术治疗方法和后入路手术治疗方法均取得良好的治疗效果,总有效率分别为95.8%和91.7%,优良率分别为79.2%和75.0%,其中,前路内固定手术治疗方法在优良率和总有效率上均略高于后入路手术治疗方法,但根据统计学分析,二者差异不显著。结论两种手术方法均起到良好的治疗效果,可根据患者具体情况进行具体分析,然后实施治疗。

Clinical curative effect analysis of the surgical treatment for the cervical spondylotic myelopathy in 48 cases

Objective To study the clinic effect of the surgical treatment for the cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Forty-eight cases with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated by surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2003 to August 2010, they were randomly divided into two groups, one group by anterior approach and fixation treated, another group with posterior approach treated, and observed the curative effect of two methods. Results Way before internal fixation surgery treatment and surgical treatment method in road got good clinical effect, for the total effective rate, the anterior group was 95.8% and posterior group was 91.7%, the excellent and good rate were 79.2% and 75.0% respectively. The anterior group were all better than the posterior approach for the effective rate and the excellent and good rate, but according to statistical analysis, with no significant difference. Conclusion Two methods all get good treatment effect. It can analyze the condition of patients, and then choose the treat implement.
