蒙脱石散联合干扰素治疗小儿腹泻的疗效观察

目的探讨蒙脱石散联合干扰素治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2011年5月～2012年5月本院儿科收治的腹泻患儿64例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组患儿口服蒙脱石散冲剂,观察组在对照组治疗基础上肌内注射重组人干扰素,两组均以3d为1个疗程,观察两组患儿治疗前后的临床疗效,比较两组患儿症状复常时间与出院时间。结果观察组总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿大便次数复常时间、大便性状复常时间、粪便镜检复常时间及出院时间均明显短于对照组,各项指标差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论蒙脱石散联合干扰素治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效显著,患儿症状复常时间短,住院时间短,值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of montmorillonite powder and interferon in treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder and interferon in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods Sixty-four cases of children in pediatrics department of our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group, the control group were given montmorillonite powder, the observation group were given recombinant human interferon intramuscular injection on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for 3 days for a course, the clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment, and the symptoms recovery time and discharge time were compared between two groups. Results The total efficiency rate of observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The recovery time of stool frequency, stool consistency, stool microscopy, and the average discharge time were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The montmorillonite powder and interferon has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of infantile diarrhea, it can shorten the symptoms recovery time and discharge time, be worthy of application in clinic.
