急性阑尾炎手术切口感染的临床分析

目的研究急性阑尾炎切口感染的影响因素。方法采用回顾性研究的方法，收集急性阑尾炎手术患者的病历资料，根据感染情况进行病例对照研究。结果年龄（t=5．13，P〈0．05）、BMI指数（t=4．26，P〈0．05）、手术时间（t=3．92，P〈0．05）、手术出血量（t=4．87，P〈0．05）、阑尾病理（X^2=4．76，P〈0．05）对手术后的切口感染具有重要的影响。结论急性阑尾炎手术要注意无菌操作，重视手术的术前准备工作，减少手术时间，重视抗生素的使用，加强对高危人群的监护，尽可能地减少术后切口感染的发生。

The clinical analysis of acute appendicitis in surgical wound infection

Objective To study the influence factors of acute appendicitis incision infection.Methods A retrospective study was used to collect the medical records of patients with acute appendicitis,the case-control study was used to study the influence factors of infection.Results The age(t = 5.13,P < 0.05),BMI(t = 4.26,P < 0.05),operative time(t = 3.92,P < 0.05),surgical bleeding(t = 4.87,P < 0.05) and appendix pathology(χ2 = 4.76,P < 0.05) had an important implications to incision infection.Conclusion Acute appendicitis should pay more attention to aseptic technique,attach importance to preoperative preparations;reduce surgical time,emphasis on the use of antibiotics.More attention should be given to high-risk groups and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection as much as possible.
