增城市免费孕期出生缺陷群体干预模式的建立与成效

目的探讨增城市免费孕期出生缺陷群体干预模式的建立与成效。方法选取增城市2009年4月～2011年4月户籍计划内妊娠夫妇,进行孕中期葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症、地中海贫血、唐氏综合征和胎儿体表、骨骼和内脏畸形免费筛查干预工作。结果免费筛查率达61%,共免费干预了61例重大缺陷胎儿。G-6-PD筛查阳性率为11.47%;确诊α地中海贫血1622例,确诊β地中海贫血624例;行孕中期唐氏综合征筛查5726例孕妇,共筛查出高风险孕妇205例;行孕中期B超排畸筛查7612例,发现和确诊胎儿体表、骨骼或内脏畸形缺陷。结论免费孕期出生缺陷群体干预模式的建立降低了围生儿出生缺陷率,提高了人口素质。

The establishment and effectiveness of intervention model of free pregnancy birth defect groups

Objective To investigate the establishment and effectiveness of intervention model of free pregnancy birth defect groups.Methods Pregnancy,couples in the household registration scheme from April 2009 to April 2011 were selected,the second trimester glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PD)deficiency,thalassemia,down syndrome and fetal surface,skeletal and visceral malformations were intervented.Results Free screening rate was 61%,a total of 61 cases of major defects in the fetus were intervented.G-6-PD screening positive rate was 11.47%;1 622 cases were diagnosed as theαthalassemia,624 cases were diagnosed asβthalassemia;5 726 cases of pregnant women were screened second trimester down syndrome,a total of 205 cases of high-risk pregnancies were screened out;second trimester B super-row abnormal screened 7 612 cases,the fetal surface,bone or visceral malformations defects were discovered and diagnosed.Conclusion The establishment of intervention model of free pregnancy birth defect groups reduce the perinatal birth defect rate and improve the quality of the population.
