经皮微创气管切开术后护理体会

目的总结经皮微创气管切开术(PDT)患者的护理经验。方法对本院监护室及邻近医院监护室行经皮微创气管切开的26例患者进行回顾性分析,总结在监护室救治过程中实施的相关护理措施。结果对26例患者按护理程序,实施全面的规范护理后,并发症少,术后恢复良好,无一例严重护理并发症发生。结论做好术前、术后护理可以提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者治愈率,提高护理质量。

Nursing experience of minimally invasive percutaneous tracheotomy

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with minimally invasive percutaneous tracheotomy.Methods Twenty six cases of patients who were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous tracheotomy in CSICU of our hospital and adjacent hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and relevant nursing interventions implemented in the process of treatment in CSICU were summarized.Results Comprehensive standard care was implemented among 26 cases of patients according to the nursing program,which had fewer complications,postoperative recovery was well,and there was no incidence of serious care complications.Conclusion Doing well preoperative and postoperative nursing can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce postoperative complications,shorten hospital stays,improve cure rate of patients and improve the quality of care.
