曼性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白水平的变化及意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期瘦素、脂联素和c反应蛋白水平的变化及意义。方法选择2011年7月~2012年7月在本院呼吸内科住院治疗的200例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，根据是否有急性加重分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者处于慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期，而观察组患者处于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期，比较对照组和观察组的瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白水平。结果观察组患者瘦素和C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），脂联素水平明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论瘦素、脂联素和C反应蛋白水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床病情严重程度有关。

Effect study on change and significance of leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate change and significance of leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The clinical data of two hundred cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in the department of pneumology in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were collected,then they were divided into the control group and observation group according to acute exacerbation without,the control group was stable and the observation group was acute exacerbation of chronic obstrnctive pulmonary,the level of leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease between the control group and observation group were compared.Results The level of leptin and c-reactive protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),but the level of adiponectin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The level of leptin,adiponectin,C-reactive protein in patients with of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is related with severity of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
