经皮椎体成形术联合后凸成形术治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效分析

目的观察绝经后妇女骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折在经过采用经皮椎体成形术（PVP）联合后凸成形术（PKP）治疗后的临床效果。方法对照组35例患者均行保守治疗,研究组35例患者均行经皮椎体成形术联合后凸成形术治疗。结果研究组患者手术后2周和6个月的Cobb角度明显小于对照组,数据经统计学比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者术后2周及6个月患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,数据经统计学比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论绝经期妇女骨质疏松性压缩骨折在经过了经皮椎体成形术联合经皮椎体后凸成形术的手术治疗后,头痛症状好转,后凸畸形得到恢复,椎体高度也有所恢复,此手术成功还表现在避免了骨水泥渗漏。

Analysis of percutaneous vertebroplasty PVP united with percutaneous kyphoplasty pkpcure to cure osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures for postmenopausal women

Objective To observe the clinical utility of curing osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures for postmenopausal women with the method of percutaneous vertebroplasty PVP (PVP) united with percutaneous kyphoplasty pkp (PKP). Methods Control group 35 cases were treated by traditional methods, study group 35 cases were cured with the method of percutaneous vertebroplasty united with percutaneous kyphoplasty pkp to assess pain relief and improvement of the quality of life with some relevant methods for the postoperative patients. Results Cobb angle in study group was significantly lower than control group after treatment 2 weeks and 6 months, the data statistical comparison difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). VAS scores in study group was significantly lower than control group after treatment 2 weeks and 6 months, the data statistical comparison difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion After being treated by the method of percutaneous vertebroplasty PVP unite with the protruding after angioplasty for postmenopausal women who diagnose with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, headache symptom changed for better, kyphotic deformity is recover, vertebral height is resume to some extent. The success of this operation is also reflected in the aspect of avoiding bone cement leakage.
