小切口无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝84例临床疗效分析

目的探讨小切口无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法将168例腹股沟疝患者随机均分为观察组和对照组，观察组予以小切口无张力疝修补术治疗，对照组采取常规无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、手术时间、住院时间、术后复发率及并发症发生率。结果两组均全部治愈；观察组无复发及并发症，且术中出血及手术时间均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论小切口无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效确切，复发及并发症少。

Clinical efficacy analysis of small incision tension-freehernia repair treatment of inguinal hernia in 84 cases

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of small incision tension-free hernia repair treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Randomly and average divided 168 cases of patients with inguinal hernia into the observation group and control group,the observation group was given small incision tension-free hernia repair for treatment,the control group was given conventional non-tension-free hernioplasty for treatment.Compared the efficacy,operation time,hospital stay time,postoperative recurrence rate and incidence of complications.Results Both groups were all cured,the observation group had no recurrence and complications,and intraoperative blood loss and operation time were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of small incision tension-free hernia repair for treatment of inguinal hernia is curative,recurrence and complications are fewer.
