超声检查在绝经后阴道出血患者中的应用分析

目的探讨超声检查在绝经后阴道出血患者中的应用价值。方法选择156例绝经后阴道出血患者,使用MEDI-SONSONOACEX6C超声诊断仪对患者子宫进行检查,总结各种病变的发生情况以及超声特点。结果萎缩性子宫内膜病变诊断45例,诊断符合率为100.0%;子宫内膜增生24例,本组超声检查诊断21例,诊断符合率为87.5%;子宫内膜炎6例,本组超声诊断为8例,有2例误诊;子宫内膜息肉27例,本组超声诊断25例,诊断符合率为92.6%;子宫黏膜下肌瘤24例,本组超声检查均得到确诊,诊断符合率为100.0%;子宫内膜癌30例,超声检查均得到确诊,诊断符合率为100.0%。结论使用超声检查绝经后阴道出血具有无创、简便,能有效对病变进行初筛以更好地指导临床治疗。

Ultrasound in patients with vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in patients with vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal. Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal used of the MEDISON SONOACE X6C ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus to check the summary of the occurrence of various diseases and ultrasound characteristics. Results Atrophic endometrial lesions in 45 cases, diagnosis was 100.0%; endometrial hyperplasia of 24 cases, ultrasound diagnosis was 21 cases, the diagnostic rate was 87.5%; 6 cases of endometritis, ultrasonic diagnosed 8 cases, 2 cases were misdiagnosised; 27 cases of endometrial polyps, ultrasound diagnosis of 25 cases, the diagnosis rate was 92.6%; 24 cases of submucous myoma, ultrasound diagnosis rate was 100.0%; 30 cases of endometrial cancer, ultrasound diagnosis rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The ultrasonic inspection of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding is a non-invasive, simple, effective lesions, it can screen better guide clinical treatment.
