锁定加压钢板治疗老年移位肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨应用锁定加压钢板治疗老年移位肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法分析42例老年移位肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,通过锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。结果术后肘部屈伸受限程度和提携程度恢复均优于术前,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。老年肱骨近端骨折患者按照Nerr标准评定肩关节功能,优28例,满意12例,2例患者骨化肌炎,总优良率为95.2%。结论采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗老年移位肱骨近端骨折的应用固定可靠,有利于骨折愈合和关节功能的早日康复,是一种可靠的手术治疗方法。

The observation of clinical effica cy of locking compression plate on older proximal humerus fracture

Objective To approach clinical curative effect of curing older proximal humerus fracture by LPHP.Methods Analyzed 42 cases clinical data of curing older proximal humerus fracture,which was to be LPHP internal fixation.Results The elbow flexion restriction degree and carrying degree of recovery after operation were better than before the operation,P< 0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Senile proximal humeral fracture patients according to the criteria of Nerr function of shoulder joint,28 cases graded excellents,12 cases graded satisfied,2 cases were ossifying myositis,the excellent and good rate were 95.2%.Conclusion Locking compression plate on older proximal humerus fracture has reliable fixation,and may be beneficial to fracture healing and joint function recovery,which is reliable operation treatment method.
