硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠高血压综合征的疗效观察

目的探讨硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠高血压综合征的疗效。方法分析本院收治的硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床资料，依据治疗方式不同分为对照组（常规治疗组）30例和观察组（硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合治疗组）60例。结果观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均优于对照组，观察组宫缩乏力、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠高血压综合征临床效果明显，妊娠结局良好，值得临床推广应用。

The observation of curative effect curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by Magnesium Sulphate,Phentolamine and Nifedipine

Objective To approach curative effect curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by Magnesium Sulphate,Phentolamine and Nifedipine.Methods Clinical data of curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by Magnesium Sulphate,Phentolamine and Nifedipine analyzed in our hospital,according to the different ways of treatment which was to be divided into control group(conventional treatment group) 30 cases and detection group(Magnesium Sulfate,Phentolamine and Nifedipine combined treatment group) 60 cases.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of detection group were better than that of control group,uterine atony,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage of detection group were lower than that of control group,the difference were statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by Magnesium Sulphate,Phentolamine and Nifedipine is obviously and pregnancy outcome is good,which is worthy of clinical application.
