钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折63例疗效观察

目的探讨锁骨骨折患者采用钢板内固定的临床疗效。方法以本院2010年3月～2011年5月收治的行钢板内固定的锁骨骨折63例患者为观察组,以同期收治的行克氏针内固定的60例患者为对照组,比较两组术后并发症及治疗疗效。结果观察组无一例发生术后并发症,明显较对照组的6.67%少(χ2=4.64,P<0.05);观察组疗效优良率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的81.67%(χ2=5.61,P<0.05)。结论钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折更利于骨折愈合及功能康复,值得临床应用。

Effect observation of internal fixation with steel plate for treatment of 63 patients with fracture of clavicle

Objective To explore the clinic effect of internal fixation with steel plate for fracture of clavicle.Methods Sixty three patients with fracture of clavicle(as the observation group)collected in our hospital from March 2010 to May 2011 were treated by internal fixation with steel plate.60 patients with fracture of clavicle(as the control group)were treated by fixation with Kuntscher pin.The rate of postoperative complication and clinic effect between two groups were compared.Results There was no case with postoperative complication in the observation group,and the rate of postoperative complication in the control group was 6.67%.The rate of postoperative complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.64,P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.24%,and the excellent and good rate of the control group was 81.67%.There were significant difference between two groups(χ2=5.61,P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation with steel plate for fracture of clavicle could improve the fracture healing and is worthy of clinic application.
