天舒胶囊联合养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的观察天舒胶囊联合养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将80例偏头痛患者随机分组为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用天舒胶囊,每天3次,每次4粒(共1.36g),养血清脑颗粒每天3次,每次1包(3g)口服治疗,连续治疗2个月。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪5～10mg,每晚口服1次,连续治疗2个月。观察期间不得服用其他镇痛剂。记录偏头痛发作频率和每月头痛发作持续时间。治疗前和治疗2个月时进行肝、肾功能,血、尿常规,心电图和TCD检查。随访半年。结果天舒胶囊联合养血清脑颗粒可减少偏头痛的发作频率,缩短每月头痛发作持续时间。结论天舒胶囊联合养血清脑颗粒能够减少偏头痛的发作频率和严重程度,具有更持久的预防保护作用,副作用小。

Clinical effect observation of Tianshu capsule and Yangxue Qingnao Keli in the treatment of migraine

Objective To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of Tianshu capsule and Yangxue Qingnao Keli on migarine.Methods Eighty cases of patients with migraine were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases),which were treated with oral Tianshu capsule,4 capsules(1.36 g),3 times daily,Yangxue Qingnao Keli 1 bag(3 g),3 times daily,and the control group(40 cases),which were treated with Flunarizine 5-10 mg,quaquenocte for 2 months.Six months follow-up was carried out.The frequency and duration of migraine were analyzed before and after treatment.The liver and kidney function,blood and urine routine,electrocardiograph as well as TCD were compared before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group the frequency and duration of migraine decreased more than those of control group.Conclusion Tianshu capsule and Yangxue Qingnao Keli can ameliorate the migraine frequency and as well as the severity than that of Flunarizine,and has longer prevention effect on migraine without extrapyramidal system responses.
