脑卒中患者的早期康复护理

目的探讨脑卒中患者的早期康复护理疗效。方法选取本院2009年4月～2012年2月收治的脑卒中患者108例,随机分为两组,采用常规护理的54例患者为对照组,采用早期康复护理的54例患者为观察组,护理干预4周后比较两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、神经功能缺损评分、HAMD评分。结果观察组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均明显高于对照组,观察组神经功能缺损评分、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期康复护理可以明显改善脑卒中患者的临床症状,提高患者的日常生活能力和生活质量,减轻患者的抑郁状况,值得临床推广使用。

Early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing effect for stroke patients. Methods One hundred and eight patients with stroke were selected in the hospital from April 2009 to February 2012, who were randomly divided into two groups. 54 patients used conventional care in the treatment as control group, 54 patients used early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment as observation group. Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index, neural function defect score and HAMD score were compared between two groups after nursing intervention for 4 weeks. Results Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Neural function defect score, HAMD score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve clinical symptoms of cerebral apoplexy patients, which can also improve patients’ daily life ability and the quality of life. That can relieve patients’ depression and worthy of clinical promotion use.
