超声评价通心络对2型糖尿病早期左室功能的影响

摘    要:目的用超声评价通心络对2型糖尿病早期左心室功能的保护作用。方法将80例早期2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗组40例和通心络治疗组40例,比较两组治疗前及治疗24周后左心室收缩功能指标(Sa、SRs)、舒张功能指标(Ea/Aa、SRe/SRa)及Tei指数。结果 (1)治疗前两组左室功能指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);(2)常规治疗后Ea/Aa、SRe/SRa、SRs、Sa轻度升高,Tei指数轻度下降,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);(3)通心络治疗后Ea/Aa、SRe/SRa、SRs、Sa显著升高,Tei指数显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通心络能有效改善2型糖尿病早期左心室功能;超声可用于早期2型糖尿病患者左心室功能的检测及药物疗效的评估。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the improving effect of Tongxinluo capsule on left ventricular function in patients with early type 2 diabetic mellitus by ultrasonography. Methods Eighty cases patients of early type 2 diabetic mellitus were randomly divided into conventional treatment group( n = 40) and Tongxinluo treatment group (n = 40). Left ventricular contractive function index(Sa, SRs), relaxant function index(Ea/Aa, SRe/SRa) and Tei-index in all patients were measured by echocardiograph before treatment and after 24 weeks. Results (1)Before treatment, no significant difference was shown in left ventricular function index between conventional treatment group and Tongxinluo treatment group(P > 0.05); (2)After conventional treatment, Ea/Aa, SRe/SRa, SRs and Sa slightly increased, Tei-index mildly decreased, showing no significant difference as compared with those before treatment (P > 0.05); (3)After Tongxinluo treatment, Ea/Aa, SRe/Sra, SRs and Sa significantly increase and Tei-index markedly decreased, showing significant difference as compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve left ventricular function in patients with early type 2 diabetic mellitus, and ultrasonography can be used to detect left ventricular function and assess the effect of drugs for early type 2 diabetic mellitus patients.
