腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术148例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法选择本院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的卵巢囊肿患者148例,在腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剥除术,对其术前、术后1个月、6个月的卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）及阴道超声探测双侧卵巢窦状卵泡（F0）数进行对比分析。结果在术后1个月与术前比较,FSH明显升高（P〈0.05）,E2明显降低（P〈0.05）,窦状卵泡数明显减少（P〈0.05）。术后6个月,各项指标较术前虽有变化,但经统计学处理,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术在一定程度上会影响卵巢功能,造成卵巢储备功能降低。

Clinical analysis of Laparoscopic ovarian cyst cystectomy in 148 cases

Objective To discuss the infiuence of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian function. Methods One hundred and forty-eight cases of patients with ovarian cysts were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010, those patients were performed laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, the secretion of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and transvaginal ultrasound detection of bilateral ovarian antral follicles (F0) number were done comparative analysis in its preoperative and postoperative in one month and six months. Results One month after surgery compared with preoperative, FSH was significantly increased (P < 0.05), E2 was significantly reduced (P < 0.05), the number of antral follicles was also significantly reduced (P < 0.05). 6 months after surgery, the indicators compared with the preoperative had the changes, but there was no significant difference after the statistical analysis (P > 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy may affect ovarian function in a certain extent, it may reduce ovarian reserve function.
