中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液,治疗14d后比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的68.3%（P〈0.01）。两组患者治疗后各观察指标均显著优于治疗前（P〈0.01）;治疗后观察组各观察指标改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论曲美他嗪联合丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛可有效地提高患者的心排血量,增加心肌收缩力,提高冠心病的治疗效果。

Curative effect observation of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CHD angina pectoris were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group had 60 cases. Control group was given conventional treatment, observation group was given trimetazidine and danhong injection based on control group. Clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%, which significantly higher than 68.3% of control group (P < 0.01); the LVEF, E-wave time, E/A, CI, CO and SV of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment(P < 0.01), and observation group were significantly better than control group after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with danhong injection in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris can increase cardiac output, strengthen the myocardial contractility effectively. It can enhance curative effects of CHD.
