面神经端端或端侧吻合与游离移植重建的应用分析

目的探讨面神经端端吻合或端侧吻合术与神经移植术在治疗面神经损伤中的效果。方法总结26例使用面神经端侧或端端吻合以及27例耳大神经移植患者的治疗经验，比较术后3个月面神经诱发电位传导速度，并统计两组患者面神经功能恢复情况。结果观察组术后1、2个月和术后3个月面神经诱发电位传导速度均快于对照组或端侧（P〈0．05），观察组面神经功能恢复时间显著快于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论面神经损伤后在无张力条件下进行端端或端侧吻合，能更快的恢复神经功能。

Application analysis of end to side or end to end anastomosis of facial nerve with free graft repair

Objective To investigate the effect of end to side or end to end anastomosis of facial nerve with free graft repair.Methods The treatment experience of twenty-six cases used end to side or end to end anastomosis and 27 cases used great auricular nerve graft were summaried,compared the two groups of nerve evoked potential conduction velocity and statistics facial nerve function recovery at the time of postoperative 3 months.Results Patients in observation group postoperative 1,2 months and 3 months after operation,the nerve evoked potential conduction velocity were faster than that of control group(P < 0.05),the observation group of facial nerve function recovery time was significantly faster than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The side or end to end anastomosis can tension-free anastomos the conditions as far as possible,so it can accelerate the recovery of nerve function.
