邢台市城乡成年居民眼睑黄色瘤发生及影响因素分析

目的分析邢台市城乡成年居民眼睑黄色瘤发生及影响因素,为预防控制提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学调查方法 ,对邢台市城乡18(含18)岁以上5218名成年居民进行年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、体力活动情况登记后,进行身高、体重和腰围测量。对眼睑黄色瘤发生者进行血脂检测。结果邢台市城乡成年居民眼睑黄色瘤在39(含39)岁以前发生率为零。在40(含40)岁以后的发生率为2.26%。城市发生率(2.78%)高于乡村(1.75%)(χ2=6.30,P0.05),女性发生率(4.20%)高于男性(0.08%)(χ2=99.68,P0.01)。结论眼睑黄色瘤多发生于中老年女性,超重或肥胖以及高脂血症是发生眼睑黄色瘤的危险因素。

Incidence and Influencing Factors Analysis of Eyelid Xanthoma and among Urban and Rural Adult Residents in Xingtai City

Objective]To analyze the incidence and influencing factors of eyelid xanthoma among urban and rural adult residents in Xingtai City,and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control.Methods]Epidemiological investigation was adopted.A total of 5218 adults over the age of 18 from urban and rural areas in Xingtai City were recruited,after registration of age,sex,education,occupation,physical activities,their height,weight and waist circumference were measured.The confirmed patients with eyelid xanthoma received lipid detection.Results]The incidence of eyelid xanthelasma of urban and rural adult residents before the age of 39 （containing 39）is 0.After the age of 40（containing 40）,the incidence of eyelid xanthoma was 2.26%.The urban incidence （2.78%）was higher than that in rural areas （χ^2=6078.36,P0.01）,female （4.20%） was higher than male（0.08%） （χ^2=95 539.23,P0.01）.Conclusion]Middle-aged women is the high risk group of eyelid xanthelasma.The risk factors of eyelid xanthelasma are overweight or obesity and hyperlipidemia.
