排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻性便秘的临床应用

目的应用排粪造影方法对功能性出口梗阻性便秘患者进行造影分析;以期提高对排便困难者影像表现的认识。方法采用数字胃肠机对便秘患者进行排粪造影检查,回顾性分析50例排粪造影的X线表现,使用卢氏标准进行测量。结果直肠前突患者22例,盆底痉挛综合征18例,耻骨直肠肌综合征5例,内脏下垂及肠疝3例,肛管息肉2例。结论排粪造影方法目前是便秘患者理想的影像检查方法,对其病因有重要的诊断价值,且优于传统的钡灌肠、肠镜检查。

The Clinical Utility with Defecography on the Treatment of the Functional Disorder of Defecation

Objective To evaluate the method of defecography and the clinical application in the treatment of the patient with disorder of defecation.Methods Retrospective analysis X-ray performance of 50 cases with disorder of defecation, and use the standard measurements of Lu.Results There were 22 cases with intrarectal invaginate, 18 cases with spastic pelvic floor syndrome （SPFS）, 5 cases with symphysis ossium pubic,3 cases with visceral sag and intestinal hernia,2 cases with anus-tube polypus.Conclusion Defecography is a kind of diagnostic method for disorder of defecation, rather better than barium enema and colonoscopy, which leads to the discussion of the inspection methods and the defecography mechanism.
