With the development of bioteclmology and the discovery of tumor-specific targeting strains,salmonella has the biological characteristics of facultative anaerobic and intracellular parasite.It can deliver toxicity to host cell directly via type Ⅲ secretion,so that the proteins effect of bacterial can be transferred to the eukaryotic cell.Therefore,it provides a new strategy of targeted therapy for cancer treatment.
