| 摘 要： | 目的 了解经鼻持续气道内正压通气（n－CPAP）治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）长期应用的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 应用n－CPAP治疗OSAS患者24个月以上，并对治疗前后患者的临床症状及多导睡眠图（PSG）的各项指标进行观察。结果 OSAS患者的症状得到有效的控制，呼吸紊乱指数、最长呼吸暂停时间、最低氧饱和度等多项指标均有显著改善（均P＜0．01）。结论 经鼻持续气道内正压通气（n－CPAPO）治疗OSAS患者，长期应用临床疗效确切，不良反应少，患者依从性和安全性佳，是目前临床治疗OSAS的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the long_term clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse events of continuous positive ariway pressure(CPAP) in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods Patients with OSAS were treated by CPAP for more than 24 months.Clinical symptoms and polysomnography (PSG) before and after treatment were analyzed.Result Symptoms of patients with OSAS were controled.Respiratory disorder index(RDI),the longest apnea duration and lowest of SaO 2 were remarkably improved(P<0.01).Conclusion Long_term administration of CPAP in OSAS may achieve definite therapeutic efficacy and side effects were rare. |
