纤维素、果胶、琼脂对大鼠血脂水平的影响

摘    要:本文观察了纤维素、果胶、琼脂对高胆固醇膳大鼠血脂水平的影响,发现果胶和纤维素组自实验开始后2周末、琼脂组于6周末有明显降低血清总胆固醇作用.血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及其亚组分在各组间无显著差异,但纤维素组和果胶组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与血清总胆固醇比值明显高于对照组.

Abstract:This paper reports our observations on the effects of cellulose, pectin and agar on the concentration of serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in rats. Male adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed on a basal diet, a hypercholesterolemic diet (the control diet) and 3 test diets ( containing 10% cellulose , pectin or agar ) respectively for 6 weeks . The results showed that all the three fiberous diets could significantly lower serum TC (P<0.01) as compared with that of the control group, pectin being the most effective. The TG and HDL-C levels were not significantly altered. The HDL-C/TC value in the cellulose and pectin groups were found significantly higher than that of the control group, which indicates that cellulose and pectin can increase HDL-C. It is generally considered that a decreased value of HDL-C/TC is a risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD) and from this point of view, cellulose and pectin may have some protective effect in CHD.
