| 摘 要： | 目的：研制复方克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶剂并建立质量控制标准。方法：用卡波姆-940作基质，三乙醇胺为中和剂，加入维A酸与克林霉素磷酸酯制成凝胶剂。采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定凝胶的含量。结果：制备的复方克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶剂细腻、光洁透明、稳定性好。结论：该凝胶剂配方合理，含量检测方法简便且可操作性强。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the preparation and quality control of compound clindamycin phosphonolipid gelata.Methods: Carbopol-940 was used as base,and triethanol-amine as neutralizer.Clindamycin phosphonolipid and tretinoin were added to form gelata.UV spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography were used to measure the drug content of the gelata.Results: The gelata was homogenous,transparent and stable.Conclusion: The formulation of the gelata is reasonable and the method for quality control was simple and rapid. |
