妊娠合并重症肝炎患者产前的护理

目的总结妊娠合并重症肝炎患者产前的护理要点。方法对我院2000年1月～2004年10月收治的18例妊娠合并重症肝炎患者进行治疗护理,并统计患者并发症发生情况。结果18例患者出现消化道症状、黄疸、低蛋白血症;14例患者并发肝性脑病;10例患者并发肝肾综合征;15例患者并发感染;14例出现全身出血倾向。结论妊娠合并重症肝炎患者病情危重且变化快、并发症多,护理的关键在于密切观察病情、及早发现并发症及时处理,并注意做好患者心理护理、合理安排饮食,让患者得到充分休息,以降低孕产妇死亡率、提高围产儿存活率。

Prenatal nursing of fulminant hepatitis

Objective To investigate the key points of perinatal nursing in fulminant hepatitis during pregnancy. Methods Eighteen cases of fulminant hepatitis during pregnancy from Jan 2000 to Oct 2004 were included. The complications were summarized. Results Digestive tract symptoms, jaundice and hypo,albumin occurred in 18 patients, hepatic encephalopathy in 14 patients, hepato,renal syndrome in 10 patients, infection in 15 patients, and whole body bleeding tendency in 14 patients. Conclusions Fulminant hepatitis during pregnancy was a dangerous disease and associated with many complications. The condition of patients changed rapidly. We must keep close watch on the patients in order to find the minimal changes in the state of illness. It was necessary for nurses to give a guideline to patients in psychology, diet and rest in order to decrease the mortality of pregnant women and increase the survival rate of infants.
