| 摘 要： | 目的：观察结合中医治疗眼肌性视疲劳的疗效。方法：对64例已配戴矫正眼镜后仍有视疲劳的患者进一步检查屈光、隐斜度、融合力,确定为眼肌性视疲劳,全部病例内服加减调中益气汤。结果：视疲劳症状消除者44例（70%）,缓解12例（18%）,无效8例（12%）。结论：调中益气汤具有消除和缓解眼肌性视疲劳症状的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional chinese medicine combined with western medicine on treatment muscular asthenopia.Methods:Sixty-four patients corrected by lens,were diagnosed to muscular asthenopia through the examination of refractive condition,heterophoria and fusional power and treated tiaozhongyiqi soup orally.Results:The symptoms of asthenopia disappeared in forty-four(70%) of 64 patients,twelve patients(18%) of them alleviated and eight patients(12%)of them were ineffective.Conclusion:Tiaozhongyiqi soup could efficiently eliminated or relieve the symptoms of muscular asthenopia. |
