氯吡格雷与阿司匹林预防缺血性脑梗死再发的临床疗效比较

目的比较氯吡格雷与阿司匹林预防缺血性脑梗死再发的疗效。方法入选住院的首次脑梗死患者80例,将病人随机分成两组,试验组服用氯吡格雷75mg,qd,对照组服用肠溶阿司匹林75mg,qd,服药前后记录斑块面积、颈动脉管腔直径(CCAD)、内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块性质,并观察脑梗死再发情况。结果病人颈动脉粥样硬化斑块面积缩小或消失,CCAD增加、IMT变薄,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(p<0.05),并且脑梗死再发率更低。结论氯吡格雷比小剂量的阿司匹林更明显地稳定和逆转易损斑块,对预防缺血性脑梗死再发有良好的临床疗效。

COMPARISON OF THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF CLOPIDOGREL AND ASPIRIN IN PREVENTING THE RECURRENCE OF ISCHEMIC CEREBRAL INFARCTION

Objective TO observe the Clinical Efficacy of Clopidogrel and Aspirin in preventing the recurrence of isehemic eerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients were divided into two group, the treated group was treated with Clopidogrel 75 mg every day, as the control group was treated with aspirin 75 mg every day. Before and after treatment, the plaque area, CCAD, IMT,plaque quality and recrudescence rate were observed. Results After treatment, the plaque area reduced, CCDA increased and IMT became thinner, the difference between treating group and control group is very markedly （p 〈0. 05） ,and the recrudescence rate of ischemic cerebral infarction were more decreased. Conclusion Clopidogrcl has significant therapeutic effects on stabilizing the vulnerable plaque and may prevent the attack again of cerebral infarction more effectively than aspirin.
