| 摘 要： | 研究了冬瓜籽水提取物对Fenton反应羟自由基、光照核黄素超氧自由基的清除作用,以及对脂质过氧化的抑制作用。研究表明,冬瓜籽水提取物具有优良的清除羟自由基、超氧自由基作用及抗体外脂质过氧化作用。

| Abstract: | The Antioxidant Ability of the Extract of Chinese Waxgourd Semen was investigated.The results showed that the extract of Chinese waxgourd semen could scavenge active oxygen and inhibitlipid peroxidation efficiently. |
