螺旋CT在髋臼骨折的应用

目的探讨螺旋CT在髋臼骨折的应用。方法回顾性分析经X线、螺旋CT证实的髋臼骨折患者72例影像资料。结果所有病例螺旋CT扫描及重建均能显示骨折。横断面图像可以显示髋臼顶的骨折及移位、髋臼后壁骨折、受累范围及关节移位。三维重建立体地显示了骨折线走形方向、骨碎片及股骨头移位情况。结论螺旋CT对于术前充分了解损伤情况,制定严格的手术计划,具有重要的指导意义。因此,螺旋CT是髋臼骨折术前常规的检查手段。

The value of spiral CT in acetabulum fracture

Objective To explore the clinical value of spiral CT in diagnosing the acetabular fractures. Methods CT data of 72 cases with acetabulum fracture proved by clinical plain radiograph were reviewed retrospectively. Results Fractures were demonstrated definitely with transect scans and 3D-reconstruction in all patients. The transect imaging displayed the fractures and the displacement of the burden apex of acetabulum, the disruption within joint, the walking direction of fracture line, displacement of detached bone fragments and caput femoris were displayed stereoscopically by 3D-reconstruction. Conclusion Spiral CT is of instructive importance in sufficient evaluation and operative preparation so that it should be the conventional and important method in preoperative examination of acetabolar fracture.
