少年儿童社交焦虑水平与主观生活质量及家庭环境的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨少年儿童社交焦虑水平与主观生活质量及家庭环境的相关性.方法 对98例儿童进行儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)、少儿主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ)和家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)测评.以SASC总分≥8分为界,分为≥8分组(焦虑组)、〈8分组(对照组),并进行对比分析.结果 焦虑组SADC总分[(13.68±6.28)分]及害怕否定评价[(8.64±5.12)分]、社交回避苦恼因子评分[(5.46±3.05)分]均显著高于对照组[分别为(9.20±4.71)分,(6.01±3.08)分,(2.99±1.87)分],差异有统计学意义.焦虑组ISLQ评分在认知成分、情感成分、总分上均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组8个维度水平的比较中,各维度的得分焦虑组均低于对照组,除了生活环境、抑郁体验维度外,其余家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、自我认识、躯体情感、焦虑体验6个维度差异有统计学意义.焦虑组FES-CV评分的亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、文化性、娱乐性、道德宗教观较对照组明显为低,且焦虑组家庭的矛盾性比对照组明显为高,差异有统计学意义.相关分析显示,焦虑组SASC评分与ISLQ、FES-CV多数因子评分呈显著负相关;而与FES-CV的矛盾性因子呈显著正相关.结论 少年儿童社交焦虑水平高者,其主观生活质量较差,家庭环境功能较低.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of social anxiety and the quality of subjective living,familial environment of children.Methods 98 children were surveyed by the social anxiety scale of children (SASC),the implement of children′s subjective living quality (ISLQ) and familial environment scale-Chinese version (FES-CV).Children were divided into research group (the total score of SASC no less than 8) and control group (the total score of SASC no less than 8).Then the data of two groups were compared and analysed.Results The scores of SASC,be afraid of negative estimate and the agony of fence with sociality in research group (13.68±6.28,6.01±3.08 and 5.46±3.05) were significantly higher than control group (9.20±4.71,6.01±3.08 and 2.99±1.87).The ISLQ scores of cognitive component,emotional component and total scores were significantly higher than control group.The scores of all dimensions in research group were lower than control group.And the scores of family life,affiliate with accompanier,school life,self-cognition,body emotion and anxiety experience were significant difference in two groups.The FES-CV scores of the degrees of familiarity,emotion expression,independence,success,culture,amusement and the conception of morality and religion in research group were significantly lower than control group.And scores of conflict in family in research group were significantly lower than control group.The SASC scores were negative correlation with majority factors of ISLQ,FES-CV and positive correlation with conflict factors of FES-CV.Conclusions Children with higher level of social anxiety have lower quality of subjective living and function of familial environment.
