慢性乙型肝炎细胞因子变化与T细胞亚群的关系

通过对慢性乙肝细胞因子、T细胞亚群变化及相互关系分析,发现在慢性乙肝发病过程中,Th1细胞因子水平降低,Th2细胞因子水平升高,T细胞总数减少,CD+4细胞减少,CD+8细胞升高,CD4CD8比值降低,且与IL2、IL6、IL12等细胞因子的改变有明显的相关性。提示不同细胞因子的变化可影响T淋巴细胞亚群的改变,导致机体免疫功能紊乱,使乙肝病毒感染慢性化。

Ralathonship Between Changes of Cytokines and T Cell Subpopulations in the Patients with Hepatitis B

The recent studies have revealed that cytokines of Th_1 is reduced,while the Th_2 is elevated during the course of chronic hepatitis B.In the meantime,it is also seen that total count of T cell,CD+_4 cell and ratio of CD_4/CD_8 are decreased,and CD+_8 cell is increased.Above the changes have significantly correlation with variation of cytokines including IL-2,IL-6,and IL-12.It has indicated that the changes of different cyto kines can influnce on the variation of T cell subpopulations,to result in disturbance of immunologic function of human,and to turn hepatitis B into chronic process.
