颅外—颅内动脉吻合术治疗缺血性脑血管病(12例报告)

EXTRACRANIAL AND INTRACRANIAL ARTERIAL ANASTOMOSIS IN THE TREATMENT OF CEREBRAL ISCHEMIAS REPORT OF 12 CASES

Anastomosis of temporal superficial artery and middle cerebral artery was performed in 12 patients with the sequela of complete stroke. The blood pressure of 8 patients was above 160/110mmHg and the course of 6 patients lasted more than one year. Before operation, Cerebral angiography showed unilateral thrombosis of internal carotid artery in two cases unilateral st nosis and thrombosis of middle cerebral artery (in its trunk or branches) in 9 cases,and no obvious change in one case. Nervous symptoms and physical signs immediately improved in various decrees after operation and favourable rosults were obtained in the recovery of the function of the paralised lower legs. No postoperative complication or death occurred. Indications, precautions, evaluation of the results,postoperative complications and its prevention of the anastomosis of tempoval snperficial artery and middle cerebral artery were discussed briefly.
