小梁切除联合羊膜移植治疗原发性青光眼临床研究

目的：观察小梁切除联合羊膜移植治疗原发性静光眼的临床效果，方法：对34例（48只眼）原发性闭角型青光眼和18例（26只眼）原发性开角型青光眼施行小梁切除联合结膜瓣下及巩膜瓣下新鲜羊膜移植术，对术后眼压，滤过泡，前房，视力和视野随进行了为期8个月至21个月（平均15．7个月）随访观察，结果：2只原发性闭角型青光眼（2例）和1只原发性开角型青光眼术后滤过泡瘢痕化，术后眼压达4．66kPa，其余71只眼（95．95％）术后眼压均控制在1．06－2．66kPa范围，74只眼术后视力均有不同程序提高，观察斯视神经及视野损害均未见加重，结论：小梁切除术联合羊膜移植可用于防止滤过泡瘢痕形成，具有保持滤过通畅和维持有效滤过功能的作用。

A clinical study on trabeculectomy combined with amnion transplantation in treatrnent of primary glaucoma

OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with amnion transplantation in treatment of primary glaucoma METHODS Trabeculectomy combined with amnion transplantation below conjunctive and scleral flaps was performed in 34 patients (48 eyes ) with primary angle closure glaucoma and 18 patients ( 26 eyes) with primary open angle Postoperative intraocular pressure ( IOP), filtration blebs, anterior chamber, Visual acuity and visual field were observed in the period from 8 months to 21 months ( an average of 15 7 months) RESULTS Scan formation of filtration blebs occurred in 2 eyes of 2 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma and in 1 eye with primary open glaucoma Postoperative IOP was up to 4 66kPa Condition of postoperative IOP was controlled from 1 06kPa to 2 66kPa in remainder 71 eyes(95 95%) Visual acuity of the 74 eyes was improved variously The damage of optic nerve and visual field had not been increased CONCLUSION Trabeculectomy combined with amnion transplantation can prevent scan formation of filtration blebs This technique could be applied to keep availably filtration function
