铅中毒发病与铅烟（尘）浓度关系的调查研究

山东淄博蓄电池厂,用通风排气方法降低了车间空气中铅烟(尘)浓度,但仍超过国家卫生标准。用逐步回归方法分析发现,在接触铅烟的工人中,铅烟浓度与铅中毒发病有较密切的关系;在接触铅尘的工人中,铅尘的累积接触量与铅中毒发病有较密切的关系。用Logistic回归法计算,可得该厂铅烟的安全浓度为0.028mg/m~3,铅尘为0.056mg/m~3;并可对今后铅中毒发病作出预测。预测指出,目前该厂灌粉工种铅尘浓度比往年大有提高,今后将有大量工人发生铅中毒。

STUDIES ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ATTACK OF LEAD POISONING AND THE CONCENTRATION OF LEAD FUME/DUST

In Shandong Zibo Storage Battery Factory ,ventilation equipments were installed to lower the concentration of lead fume/dust.Yet the concentration of lead fume/dust was still higher than the hygienic standard.The correlation between the concentration of lead fume/dust and the attack of lead poisoning was analysed.By the method of Stepwise regression it was shown that there were Significant relation between the concentration of lead fume and the attack of lead poisoning when exposing to lead fume; and significant relation between cumulative exposure value of lead dust to the attack in workers exposing to lead dust.By the method of logistic regression,the safe exposure limits would be 0.028mg/m3 for lead fume and 0.056 mg/m3 for lead dust.since the concentration is much higher than before, while pouring lead powder, it could be predicted that there will be more lead poisoning patients later.
