伊曲康唑与氟氯唑对照治疗念珠菌肺炎患者的疗效及经济学分析

目的：比较伊曲康唑与氟康唑对念珠菌肺炎的疗效，并从药物经济学角度作比较。方法：念珠菌肺炎共52例，分为两组。治疗组30例，每天用 伊曲康唑片0．2－0．4g口服；对照组22例，每天用氟康唑0．2g静滴。两组疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组30例中有29例经治疗10天后症状均明显好转，有效率达96．67％，对照组22例中有18例经治疗10天后症状明显好转，有效率达81．82％，两组疗效无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：伊曲康唑对念珠菌肺炎的疗效与氯康唑相近，而费用仅为氯康唑的3％－4％。

The efficacy and cost of itraconazole vs fluconazole in the treatment of pulmonary candidiasis

Objective:To compare the efficacy and cost between itraconazole and fluconazole in the treatment of pulmonary candidiasis. Method;Fifty-two patients with pulmonary candidiasis were divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 22). The treatment group received intraconazole tablet 0. 2-0. 4g orally each day,and the control group received fluconazole 0. 2g dripping intravenously each day. The course of treatment for both groups were 4 weeks. Results: After treatment,in 29 of 30 patients in treatment group,symtoms were improved significantly, the effective rate reached 96. 67%, while in 18 of 22 patients in control group, symtoms were improved significantly, with an effective rate of 81. 82% ,the difference in effective rates between the 2 groups was not significant(P>0. 05). Conclusion:The efficacy of i-traconazole in the treatment of pulmonary candidiasis is similar to that of fluconazole but the cost of the former is only 3% to 4% that of the latter.
