摘 要: | 目的:制订四藤片的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中的春根藤、石蒲藤进行定性研究,采用高效液相色谱法,以Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分析柱,以甲醇-1.2%冰醋酸(15:85)为流动相,检测波长为327nm,测定方中忍冬藤的绿原酸含量。结果:春根藤、石蒲藤可用薄层色谱法鉴别;绿原酸进样量在0.02~1.0μg范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系,r=0.9999,加样回收率为104.40%,RSD%为0.49%。结论:所建立的方法简便易行、准确、重现性好,可用于四藤片的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Siteng Tablets. Methods : Alyxia sinensis and Pothos chinensis in Siteng Tablets were identified by TLC, the chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The condition of HPLC was Diarnonsil C18 column (4. 6 mm×250mm,5 μm), methanol and 1.2% glacial acetic acid( 15:85 )as mobile phase , the detection wavelengh was 327 nm. Alyxia sinensis and Pothos chinensis can be identified by TLC. Results:A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0. 02 - 1. 0 μg of the chlorogenic acid( r = 0. 999 99 ). The average recovery was 104.40% ( RSD% = 0. 49% ). Conclusions: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control. |
