| 摘 要： | 恶性肿瘤是当今世界严重威胁人类生命健康的常见疾病之一。其发病率逐年增加。随着新型抗肿瘤药物包括分子靶向药物(蛋白酪氨酸激酶抑制剂、肿瘤新生血管生成抑制剂)、新型内分泌治疗药物、新型化疗药物及基因治疗药物等研发,出现更多治疗恶性肿瘤新的有效方法,文中针对新型抗肿瘤药物的临床应用及研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,malignant tumor was one of the most common disease that threatened mankind life and health.Morbidity was increased year by year.The novel antitumor drugs included molecule targeted drug,protein tyrosinase inhibitor,tumor new vessels angiogenesis inhibitor,neotype chemotherapeutics,neotype endocrine medicine and gene therapy so on.More and more novel and effective treatment methods appeared.This paper introduced clinical application and progress of research of novel antitumor drug. |
