| 摘 要： | 目的 对比评价奥硝唑、替硝唑对成人牙周炎的临床治疗效果。方法 应用刚果红染色计数、全自动生成酶分析等方法 ,检测两组患者局部用药前后各项临床指标、细菌学指标及生化指标的变化 ,对比评价两种药物对成人牙周炎的治疗作用。结果 奥硝唑总有效率 90 0 0 % ,替硝唑总有效率 73 33%。结论 奥硝唑治疗成人牙周炎效果更显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of ornidazole on the treatment of adult periodontitis.Methods The effects of ornidazole and tinidazole on the treatment of adult periodontitis were assessed by the coloration of Congo red and the analysis of biochemical enzymes.Results The curative rate was 90 00% in test group and 73 33% in control group.Conclusion Ornidazole showed obvious therapeutic effects on the treatment of adult periodontitis. |
