| 摘 要： | ①目的通过改进护理质量控制，探讨有效的护理质量保证体系。②方法采取护士长质控和科室质控小组质控，对科室的护理质量进行管理和控制，并建立积极的信息反馈制度。③结果通过多方位的质控，修订完善的护理质量标准，真正落实以病人为中心的护理质量管理，消除护理缺陷和事故隐患，提高护理质量和护理水平。④结论护士长-科室质控小组管理模式是一种有效的护理质量保证体系。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective nursing-quality assurance system by improving the nursing-quality-control measures. Methods The nursing quality of the department was managed and controlled by coordination of head nurse and quality-control group of the department, and an active information feedback system established. Results Through all-round quality control, nursing standards were revised and perfected,the nursing-quality management aiming directly at patients was carried out to eliminate the shortcomings and hidden danger of accidents in nursing, and improve nursing standard. Conclusion The headnurse-and-department-managing model is an effective nursing-quality-assurance system. |
