| 摘 要： | 该文借用GINI系数的计算思路来分析合作医疗筹资、医疗费用和合作医疗偿付对农村居民收入公平性的影响。结果表明,可以应用GINI系数来判断新农合制度对人群收入分布公平性的影响方向及大小,并可测量出对医疗费用所致的收入公平性变化的缓解程度。

| Abstract: | Sapplying calculating method of Gini coefficient, this paper analyses the effects of cooperativemedical scheme (NCMS) financing, medical expenses and NCMS reimbursement on income equity of ruralpopulation. Result shows that Gini coefficient can be used to define the impact size and direction of the new-typerural cooperative medical scheme on income equity, and to measure the alleviation of NCMS on change of incomeequity caused by medical expenses. |
